People Connect – Mental Health Resource
As a reminder to ACRC Health and Wellness Plan members, effective December 1, 2019, the Plan introduced a virtual mental health tool – People Connect. The attached information was recently sent to you by our Plan Administrator, Coughlin. Access is as easy as going online to www.pcpeopleconnect.com/ACRC. This benefit is available to you and your eligible dependents.
Please note that while there is no charge for the first counselling session, further sessions for each insured individual can be directly billed to the Administrator up to the first $500 of use, provided you have this room available within your Paramedical Services maximum benefit. We encourage members to access the online resources available under this benefit for mental health information and/or the virtual therapy if needed, and can assure you that use of this benefit is strictly confidential. If you have any questions on this benefit, please do not hesitate to contact our Plan Administrator.
